THE ROLE:
As AMD continues to grow, our extraordinary Recruiting team is tasked to meet talent acquisition demands. In this role, you will work on exciting and niche across a business unit or a portfolio of business units.

THE PERSON:
As AMD’s Senior Talent Advisor, you are passionate about recruiting. You take pride in being responsible for a full cycle recruiting process, from workforce planning to offer acceptance and everything in between. You are a professional in all aspects of recruiting and drive business impact by hiring the right talent at the right time, while creating an incredible service experience for all involved.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and execute recruiting strategies that identify, qualify and hire highly technical talent
  • Trusted adviser to management on identification, selection and offer process
  • Develop complex sourcing strategies and utilize multiple sourcing techniques to identify top technical talent
  • Lead the recruiting process from sourcing to final offer
  • Manage metrics locally with understanding of global impact
  • Able to work with global talent acquisition team to pull together one message for recruiting


PREFFERED EXPERIENCES:

  • Demonstrated, successful experiences recruiting in a global environment
  • Knowledge of semiconductor industry or R&D is nice to have
  • Able to manage complex information in a matrixed environment
  • Develop and execute strategy for identifying and delivering top talent on global basis
  • Must have the capacity to both understand and communicate effectively on complex technologies
  • Excellent oral, written and organizational skills
