Your Role

  • Build a robust understanding & become a domain leader on feature offerings to Game Studios
  • Analyze, debug, fix and drive forward solutions to resolve technical issues and roadblocks during feature rollouts
  • Collaborate with Game Studios & Partner Managers focusing on technical aspects through pre and post-sales phases
  • Represent the Tech part of the business, supervising and collecting all technical information of a feature for Game Studios
  • Analyze feature usage and recommend ways to enhance process performance
  • Create custom scripts, dashboards or ad-hoc tools to meet immediate customer needs and collaborate with our Product & Engineering teams for long-term solutions.

Required Skills

  • Experience in supporting engineering roles and solving customer technical problems (with a customer-centric approach and timely resolution of queries)
  • Good understanding of Advertising or Mobile technologies
  • Strong experience with moderate to sophisticated SQL queries
  • Ability do read and debug code in C/C++, Java, Python, GCP, Advertising tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to efficiently articulate technical challenges and solutions
  • Experience in analyzing data and converting them to meaningful visualizations
