Reliability Engineering Co-op Opportunity:
Seeking a Senior or MS level student in Electrical, Computer or Microelectronics Engineering for Reliability Testing, working to characterize and qualify the next generation of processors. The candidate will utilize electrical stress methods and statistics to interpret product test data to generate lifetime projections and parametric degradation models as well as to assess process reliability. The candidate will gain experience such as semiconductor physics and reliability concepts, Automated Test Equipment patterns/vectors, timing, and diagnostics, Python scripting, and hardware debugging. Candidate will also gain skills such as working with different engineering teams, creating technical presentation, writing technical reports for customer communication and business practices. Experience with oscilloscope and logic analyzer equipment as well as basic knowledge of test pattern architecture, vector timing diagrams and python scripting is a plus.
