What You’ll Take On

  • Coordinate All hardware purchases across different studios, create purchase tickets, coordinate with procurement team, coordinate with vendors for delivering on time.
  • Provisioning Mobile devices before assigning it to the game teams.
  • Document all hardware and accessories across different labels in APAC.
  • Coordinate with end point team for newer hardware and deciding of specs for each region.
  • Coordinate with facilities team for receiving exit employee’s hardware and follow up with the exit users.
  • Coordinate with vendors for shipping and transport of hardware.
  • Create PO’s in JDE for other labels for hardware and other devices.
  • Coordinate with the finance teams for ensuring payments are done for vendors in a timely manner by receiving PO receipts in JDE.
  • Triage ticket in SNOW for IT team members across regions, assigning tickets and mentioning the first comment in the tickets so the SLAs are not breached.
  • Handling tickets which require accesses for employees for LDAP and Distribution groups as requested, also removing users from the same.
  • Managing and handling password resets as and when required
  • Providing IT orientation for new hires and explaining all aspects of IT - the pros and con’s of access, Cybersecurity and others.
  • Enrolling new vendors as and when required and evaluating them on need basis.
  • Slowly learn imaging process for hardware’s that are issued to new hires.
  • Assist end users for zoom meetings and provide them a heads up on how to start a meeting etc..
  • Upload contents in the Zoom portal for game teams to display their contents.
  • Coordinate with the Global project team for any projects to be done and executed within the APAC region.
  • Coordinate with the SNOW TEAM for any changes that can be done in this region and learn be knowledgeable to handle SNOW platform.
  • Slowly we can also train the new transfer for support as well and add responsibilities as the year progresses.
