As a System Analyst you'll be the driving force behind improving operational efficiency, with a primary focus on streamlining business processes through integrations. Your expertise in connecting various business systems will play a pivotal role in boosting data accuracy, enhancing internal customer service, and ensuring that our integrations are both adaptable and scalable to meet evolving business needs.

Daily responsibilities

  • Conduct integration requirements analysis and gap analysis.
  • Design and maintain integration processes between cloud-based or local server applications using iPaaS (low code/no code).
  • Co-creating and implementing enterprise-level business systems integration strategies.
  • Provide technical expertise in system integration.
  • Create and develop durable, scalable, and flexible solution architectures for various projects, including solution concepts.
  • Adhere to best practices in enterprise integration, particularly in creating scalable, reusable, and secure data pipelines.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation.
  • Keep abreast of current business and technological trends in integration and automation, applying this knowledge to practical actions.
  • Manage, monitor, troubleshoot, and support existing integrations.
  • Maintain architectural and technical documentation.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in systems integration, including practical experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining integration processes.
  • Practical experience with the iPaaS is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to analyse integration requirements and perform gap analysis.
  • Ability to apply enterprise-level integration strategies, considering scalability and security aspects.
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Experience with architecture styles/APIs (REST)
  • Basic programming skills (ex. Python) would be beneficial
  • Capability to design and create technical documentation, including architectural documentation.
  • Skills in managing and monitoring existing integrations and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to explore and introduce automation into business processes.
  • Continual learning ability to keep up with new technological trends and apply them practically in integration and automation.
