THE ROLE:

AMD is looking for a QA Engineer. As a key contributor, you will have a strong technical background to contribute to all aspects of the Quality Assurance process. 

This role will design and develop scripts using Tricentis TOSCA and Neoload for conducting automation and performance testing. Will execute these tests, generate reports and provide recommendations. The role will also support and administer the Tricentis Test Management tool qTest.

THE PERSON:

You have a deep knowledge of QA principles and methodologies and applies them to test the quality of application software.

You are a highly motivated hands-on team member with a strong development background, problem solving mentality, ability to prioritize tasks along with willingness to learn and adapt.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for designing and executing performance scripts
• Define acceptable performance metrics
• Identify performance bottlenecks and provide recommendations
• Automation Testing Tool: TOSCA
• Performance Testing Tool: Tricentis Neoload
• Define QA Standards for Tricentis Neoload
• Assist with administration of qTest

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• 1-3 years experience in developing performance tests, Tricentis Neoload preferred

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field strongly preferred
