Your Mission

We are looking for a passionate and experienced recruiter with strong sourcing and candidate relation skills to join a newly formed studio game development recruiting team. This role will focus on hiring our top studio talent, serve as the point of contact for hiring managers, and have significant influence and impact over the delivery of recruiting services to our business. You will help drive the sourcing strategy and partner with team members in the execution of these critical components of talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will successfully handle, prioritize and close searches against a timeline. Additionally, we have some other Talent Acquisition related work to get involved in.

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Manage the full end-to-end lifecycle recruitment process, with a strong focus on the Polish market - partner closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide relevant data. Profile and screen suitable candidates and move them through the hiring process.
  • Proactively develop a pipeline of key future talent - implement networking strategies that identifies, maps and leverages engagement with top talent to meet the demands of the business.
  • Coordinate and remain “data accurate” with our ATS (Workday, Eightfold) and provide reporting on recruitment metrics as requested.
  • Handle all logistics for onsite interviews for candidates and interviewers.
  • Partner with different internal collaborators on a range of end of cycle tasks including offer packages, reference & background checks through to onboarding.
  • Contribute to various projects or tasks in support of studio growth and local engagement.
  • Actively promote and market our Employee Referral Program amongst local based employees: after all - Great Talent Knows Great Talent!

Player Profile

  • Previous end-to-end recruiting experience hiring roles within Poland, preferably gained in-house at a high-tech or gaming company
  • Deep knowledge and experience in direct candidate sourcing, interviewing and evaluation – Boolean search string creation and LinkedIn Recruiter experience is a must!
  • Business proficient language skills (written and verbal) in both Polish and English.
  • Self-motivated with a history of exceeding high-performance standards - able to handle various pressure situations and workload through proper work balance and prioritization.
  • Partner management is key - able to create and build positive relationships at all levels by using excellent interpersonal skills and customer management experience.
  • Analytical and methodical approach, with an ability to work autonomously while using internal resources to inform decisions.
  • Ability to handle critical and confidential information appropriately.

Extra points:

  • Experienced in recruiting for technical roles
  • An understanding of recruiting candidates from additional EMEA countries
  • Have a passion for gaming
