As a Talent Acquisition Systems Coordinator, you will report into the Manager of TA Programs. You will regularly work on tasks that are varied and complex, with the ability to apply your full range of knowledge within our systems and tools.  As a member of the TA Programs team, you will additionally play a role in supporting the greater TA team through work focusing on Operational and Program efficiencies.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to triage and escalate issues with all TA systems and tools
  • Maintain and/or improve upon internal documentation, workflows, processes, and procedures for TA systems and tools.
  • Maintain effective partnerships with internal stakeholders and communicate effectively
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with a high-level of discretion
  • Support with various administrative work including but not limited to scheduling, general inquiries about TA policies and procedures, and system changes/updates.
  • Support audits of TA job postings and best practices to ensure high quality of work and compliance across the entire organization

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant recruiting, HR, and/or system coordination experience
  • Ability to demonstrate effective organizational and prioritization skills
  • Exceptional stakeholder management
  • Experience with Greenhouse or comparable applicant tracking software
  • Experience in Workday or comparable position management software

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a corporate environment 
  • Experience working in Google Office Suite with an emphasis on Drive, Docs, Calendar, and Sheets (or their Microsoft counterparts)
  • In-depth knowledge of technologies and systems
