As a Talent Advisor, your primary role is to design, develop, and implement talent solutions for both employees and managers. You and your team will enhance the employee experience by collaborating on HR programs for the Canadian studios, including performance management, engagement surveys, and talent reviews. Additionally, you will lead talent development projects ensuring the effective execution and delivery of development activities, local employee management training for new managers, and facilitate the coordination of knowledge sharing, best practices and collaboration sessions among local job communities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address talent challenges and design new talent solutions and associated content.
  • Participate in the planning, design, implementation, facilitation and evaluation of talent development programs and activities that meet client needs and requirements.
  • Participate and contribute to the mechanisms that ensure the transfer of knowledge and best practices between client groups and job communities.
  • Lead and support the deployment of various talent programs throughout the year.
  • All other related tasks as required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Design skills to create customer-centric solutions and content that meet the diverse needs of employees and managers while aligning with organizational objectives.
  • Facilitation skills to understand and influence group dynamics through facilitation, fostering collaboration, growth and engagement.
  • Creative thinking and flexibility to think innovatively, adapt to changing circumstances and to encourage new and adapted ideas and solutions for the continuous improvement of our talent practices.
  • Project management skills to support the execution of talent-related projects.
  • Change management experience and the ability to understand the organizational impact of change and to develop strategies to promote adoption and success of new talent programs.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively and work transparently with colleagues, clients and stakeholders, and to communicate ideas and information clearly and effectively through written, verbal or visual means.
  • HR expertise demonstrating good knowledge and proficiency in various HR programs and practices including but not limited to learning & development, performance management, career development and organizational design.
