As a Talent Management & Analytics Advisor, you'll play an essential role in shaping our talent initiatives across the country. You’ll contribute to our overall success by creating and improving initiatives that attract, nurture, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of growth and innovation. 

Within our Talent Management & Analytics team, you'll lead and contribute to various projects. You are passionate about people and understand deeply concepts such as leadership, assessment, workforce planning, engagement and data analytics. You are eager to lead and participate to various taskforces, bringing expertise and a nuanced understanding of complex challenges. 

Your contributions will help ensure that our practices are cutting-edge, supporting our integrated talent management strategy, and aligning seamlessly with our business objectives. 

 
What you’ll do 

In a role centred on the design and improvement of talent management initiatives, collaboration with other teams, data analysis, and expertise in talent management, you’ll: 

  • Contribute to the achievement of our strategic roadmap by designing new talent management initiatives and enhancing existing ones. 
  • Ensure coherence and integration between various Talent programs for maximum impact. 
  • Collaborate with Talent teams across Canada to implement enhanced and new talent management initiatives. 
  • Contribute to the design and development of global talent projects in collaboration with HQ teams + adapt and customize these projects locally to align with the specific needs of the Canadian region. 
  • Collect, analyze, and utilize HR data to provide actionable insights that inform talent management strategies, the roadmap, and decision-making. 
  • Building trust with teams within and outside of Talent to resolve complex HR challenges, rally around a vision, and provide expertise through data-driven insights. 
  • Stay informed on emerging talent management trends, best practices, and evolving industry standards.  

 

What you bring 

  • In-depth knowledge and proficiency in one or more of the following HR topics: performance management, talent analytics, succession planning, leadership development, career development, talent assessment, engagement surveys, and workforce planning 
  • Strong critical thinking and strategic planning skills to align talent management initiatives with an organization's overarching goals 
  • Proactive problem-solving ability to identify root causes of HR challenges and propose innovative solutions that result in effective and efficient talent management initiatives, including processes, policies, and tools 
  • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and deriving actionable insights from HR data, enabling data-driven decision-making and the identification of trends and opportunities 
  • Skills to effectively navigate and influence organizational change and act as a catalyst for positive transformation. 
  • Ability to work cohesively and foster trust with diverse teams, to engage and manage relationships with various stakeholders, and liaise between different groups. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders through clear and effective written and verbal communication (preferably in both French and English)
