                                    Tech Competitive Intelligence Analyst (M/W/NB)

Job description

The team:

At Ubisoft Production HQ which coordinates our 30 studios around the world, you will join the Production Communities and Competitive Intelligence team that follows different Ubisoft's communities. 

The role:

You will be in charge of the technological watch and the new internal site dedicated to organizational watch.

Your missions:

1) Develop organizational competitive intelligence on technology topics with our productions and technological internal communities

  • Synthesize and update studies that aim to understand how our competitors organize themselves to develop their technology (technological organization and bizdev tech: pipeline, tools, online services, platform).
  • Link with key stakeholders to aggregate information already available internally (interviews, sourcing via our platforms): conduct external sourcing studies and organize SWOT
  • Conduct market research around technological trends in collaboration with our dedicated Brand Portfolio Team department.
  • Animate technological communities of practice on these monitoring topics (workshops, round tables, committee of experts)
  • Connect with our technology teams centrally to conduct benchmarking studies.
  • Present these studies in the international production of Ubisoft.
  • Send competitive intelligence newsletters on technology topics internally.

2) Develop a new competitive intelligence platform (from scratch) that will be made available to all employees with different levels of access

  • Lead the website creation project in collaboration with our Knowledge Management department.
  • Make a complete analysis of the existing in-house monitoring/market sites and find a way to converge these platforms together.
  • Link with other existing internal sites to converge sourcing and analytics tools
  • Update and manage it in terms of content, develop innovative contents to develop site acquisition.

To carry out these tasks, the following skills are required:

  • You are graduated from a engineer and/or business school 
  • You have an experience in the banking sector, tech industry or start-up
  • You have strong project management skills, you like to deliver on time with a high quality requirement
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent knowledge of the gaming environment and technology with knowledge of new technologies
  • Good leadership, communication and restitution skills
  • Teamwork skills, excellent interpersonal skills
  • An excellent level of English is required for this international position
