Your role

We are looking for a Technical Animator specializing in understanding character workflow and tools. Rigging, skinning and animation integration will be your main responsibilities. The position requires a capability of working with the Animation and Art team to ensure they are creating the high-quality content with the tools and assets provided and that the pipelines are as efficient as possible.

Your daily adventure

INTEGRATE ANIMATION ASSETS
Into the game engine

DESIGN, CREATE AND TEST
-       Characters, props and specialized custom rigs
-       Animation state machines, graphs and blend trees

CREATE CUSTOM TOOLS AND SCRIPTS
To increase the productivity and efficiency for the animation team

APPLY AND MAINTAIN CONSISTENCY
For exported characters, props and animations throughout the entire project

COLLABORATE EFFECTIVELY
With different teams (art, designers and programmers) to fulfill tasks according to production plan

RESEARCH AND SHARE KNOWLEDGE
Of existing engines and animation packages within the industry

Your skills

KNOWLEDGE
Expertise in rigging and skinning assets
Good understanding of animation principles and anatomy
Understanding of technical implementations and limitations
Good knowledge of Python scripting language

EXPERIENCE
Familiar with Motion capture and data transfer
Good insight of standard industry tools like Motion Builder, 3DS Max

PROACTIVENESS
High self-driven personality looking for improvements consistently

COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Collaborate effectively with other team members
Ability to receive, seek and provide constructive feedback
Good level of English
