  • Implement dynamics, cloth, and hair animation.
  • Create state machines in the game engine.
  • Create and foster a prospering culture within the team and the studio.
  • Ensure a productive internal workflow and maintain relationships with external partners.
  • Collaborate with Gameplay Animators, Leads, Directors, and cross-functional team as the go to person for all tech animation questions and needs.

We are striving toward increased diversity and want you to grow with us on this journey. So please don’t shy away even if you don’t tick all the boxes below. We are offering you larger questions to answer and new areas to investigate. Here you will be presented with an environment where you feel you can be heard and enthusiastic about your job and the industry at large.

We would love if you:

  • Understand what animation needs that might be required throughout the full game development cycle.
  • Love gameplay animation and can contribute to meetings and discussions on the topic with any game dev craft.
  • Understand the engine workflow and developing tools with digital content creation (DCC) software.
  • Experience with production process and animation principles.
  • Have an artistic and technical eye for anatomy and body mechanics.
  • Working knowledge of rigging, animation systems, IK and state machines.
