The EXACT team oversees the external production of assets for all future AC game projects. We strive to create long-term relationships with our external partners by supporting, training, and reviewing, while closely collaborating with our internal dev teams to ensure the quality of the deliverables. Our goal is to create a new standard in outsourcing and to lighten the load for our internal teams by seeking out talent that matches their needs from an international pool of partners. We are looking for people with an open mindset to collaboration on a global scale and who are ready to take on a long-term commitment.

What you’ll do

  • Establish quick, efficient and clear pipelines;
  • Prepare coherent documentation for pipelines, tools and procedures;
  • Do benchmarking for your features through research and testing;
  • Prototype features and provide transparent accounts of their performance;
  • Work on creating asset banks (such as textures).
  • Ensure coworkers adhere to procedures and standards you’ve established;
  • Update documentation;
  • Fix performance bugs and polish your feature.
  • Train coworkers and support them.

What you bring

  • A diploma in videogame modelling or equivalent;
  • Experience as a modeller or artist in the videogame industry;
  • Experience developing for consoles—at least two full production cycles;
  • Experience with software such as 3ds Max, Photoshop, or Substance Designer;
  • Scripting knowledge (C#, JavaScript, maxscript) is an asset;
  • Strong artistic skills and details oriented;
  • Strong technical abilities;
  • Proven abilities in organization;
  • Proven abilities in vocal and written communication;
  • Be creative and efficient;
  • Be a strong team player;
  • Be autonomous and proactive.
