Are you ready to oversee key renovation and modernization projects in a fast-paced, creative environment? As a Technical Manager at CD PROJEKT, you will take the lead on managing updates and improvements to our Warsaw campus. This role gives you the chance to handle projects from concept to completion, ensuring they stay on track with budget, quality, and deadlines. You’ll also be responsible for coordinating technical operations and collaborating with external service providers to maintain smooth facility operations.   • Managing and coordinating projects related to modernizations, renovations, and reconstructions of existing buildings and infrastructure at the CD PROJEKT campus in Warsaw, ensuring budget, quality, and timeline compliance from start to finish.
  • Overseeing the technical maintenance of the properties, including collaboration and coordination with external service providers such as technical managers, maintenance staff, and property administrators.
  • Participating in the development of opex and capex property budgets.
  • Sourcing bids for design work and construction services.
  • Negotiating and contracting design and construction work.
  • Coordinating design work and supervising construction and installation projects.
  • Reviewing technical documentation, including executive designs and as-built documentation.
  • Ensuring proper archiving of documentation.
  • Managing financial and accounting settlements for assigned projects.
  • Several years of experience in a similar role on the side of a public-use building owner.
  • Higher education in a technical field.
  • Independence and proactivity.
  • Practical knowledge of building law, technical building regulations, fire protection regulations, and health and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project.
  • Knowledge of Revit and Dalux platform would be an asset.
  • Good knowledge of the principles of electrical and mechanical building systems in office buildings.
  • Familiarity with construction work pricing.
  • Experience in coordinating design work and supervising construction projects.
  • Proficiency in English, allowing for fluent communication in both spoken and written form.
