As a Technical Producer at Ubisoft Montpellier, your mains responsibilities will include the following tasks:

  • You will be in charge of managing the technical leads (online, core, 3D, tools, network, etc.).
  • Organizing and prioritizing developments as defined by the project management within the scope of deliverables.
  • Adjusting objectives and scope based on the teams' deliverable capacity in collaboration with the team leads.
  • Formalizing and tracking the planning, ensuring priorities are respected, and managing risks.
  • Monitoring the production of the project's technical and data teams in JIRA.
  • Anticipating, defining, and managing staffing needs in line with the studio's constraints.
  • Acting as a key point of contact with the creative management, technical management, and other departments.
  • Participating in the producers' routines.
  • Collaborating with the quality teams to validate deliveries and track bugs.
  • Ensuring timely deliveries at the expected quality levels.
  • You have participated in managing video game projects from conception to release.
  • Graduated from a Business School or an Engineering School, or equivalent, you possess a strong technical understanding.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset and ability to work in a multi-project environment alongside programmers.
  • Fluency in both English and French is required.
  • Experience in managing technical teams is a plus
