- Experience with stakeholder management and leading through influenceAmazon Games is seeking a highly talented and motivated Technical Program Manager to join our Live Operations team. In this role you will work with our Business Intelligence organization to build out their central services and facilitate new game launches. You will drive roadmap planning, create integration documentation, and provide transparency into team activities.

Our Business Intelligence organization is distributed across the West Coast, so we are open to candidates in either the San Diego or Seattle locations. You would report to the Sr. Technical Program Manager within the Live Operations group, and your primary partners would be the leads of the Data Engineering and Data Science teams.

Key job responsibilities
- Translate customer requirements into specific tasks and work with department leadership to ensure appropriate prioritization
- Collect, prioritize, track, and drive customer-reported issues to resolution/closure
- Generate and maintain roadmaps that align with needs of the organization
- Create reliable processes that provide status visibility to department heads and other stakeholders
- Facilitate integration of services by dependent teams through documentation, FAQ’s, examples, and other solutions
- Work with different internal groups and partners to create new platform features, tools and initiatives, all while building at an Amazon scale
- Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional partners across multiple timezones to identify, document, and communicate the program scope, schedule, risks, and issues

San Diego, CA, USA | Seattle, WA, USA- Experience in Games Industry (supporting title Development, Release, or Live Ops)
- Understanding of live services and the complexities of running a live product
- Experience or education in Data Science or Data Engineering
- Working knowledge of AWS systems
- Experience with a wide variety of development practices including waterfall, scrum/agile delivery models, etc.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $101,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $197,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
