We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Technical QA team as a Specialist or Senior Technical QA Analyst. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and stability of our games, and we are looking for candidates with a strong technical background and a deep understanding of QA methodologies and tools. Daily Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive testing and verification of new game and engine features, including performance and stability checks across different platforms.
- Develop, execute, and optimize advanced test cases, test suites, and test plans, both automated and manual, to ensure thorough coverage of all functionalities.
- Collaborate closely with programmers, technical artists, and other stakeholders to identify, document, and resolve bugs, ensuring high-quality output.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes of issues, and provide actionable insights to improve the quality of the game.
- Participate actively in risk assessments, strategy development, and process improvements within the QA domain, adapting to changing priorities and project needs.
- Create and refine reports using data and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to provide in-depth status updates and highlight trends that influence project decisions.
- Proven experience as a Tech QA Analyst or in a similar role, with at least 3 years of experience for Specialist and 5 years for Senior.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and experience with game engines (e.g., Unreal, Unity, Godot, REDkit).
- Ability to develop complex test strategies that encompass integration, stress, and performance testing.
- Experience in using testing tools and frameworks to optimize testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to think systematically to drive quality improvements.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation and test reports.
- Fluency in English and a passion for gaming.
