We want to expand our internal documentation support and are looking for an additional Technical Writer to focus on our game development tools and ongoing projects. You will document the software, procedures, and pipelines as well as work on the design of our knowledge base, and assist our colleagues in need.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Research, write, and edit documentation of software under development, for the current and future projects.
  • Create and implement documentation standards and templates.
  • Maintain our knowledge base (Confluence) ensuring accuracy, completeness and clear structure.
  • Identify documentation needs and implement solutions.
  • Provide support to other team members.
  • Previous experience in technical writing.
  • Fluent English & Polish (spoken and written). No fear of talking. Ability to make connections and gather notes from subject matter experts is crucial.
  • Excellent technical skills and knowledge. Ability to learn and understand topics related to software development.
  • Confident self organisation. Ability to research multiple topics and prioritise workload.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Passionate about communicating with the written word!

Nice to have

  • Previous game dev industry experience.
  • Familiarity with Confluence.
  • Familiarity with Unreal Engine.

Working mode

For this role you can choose between a remote-first or office-first working mode.

  • Office-First: working primarily from the Warsaw, Wroclaw, or Cracow studio for a minimum of 10 days per month.
  • Remote-First: working from home, or from any location that is within 3 hours of the GMT+2 time zone.
