Riot’s People team exists to help Rioters make better decisions around its talent. We bring our expertise to all of those typical HR activities such as hiring, onboarding, development, diversity and inclusion, performance management, benefits, perks, compensation, big events, labor relations, off-boarding so that all Rioters can flourish.
As a Total Rewards Senior Coordinator, reporting to the Sr. Director, Total Rewards, you will provide support across Compensation, Benefits and Global Mobility. You will work with each team on ad hoc projects, escalated Rioter questions that require research, and support the team with project management.
Responsibilities:
- Help set up project plans across compensation and follow up with the team on deliverables
- Assist with Workday updates in compensation module
- Assist with Comp Inbox, reviewing offers and advising on final offers to Talent Acquisition
- Work with spreadsheets and other tools to provide data cuts and basic analysis for other team members
- Prepare compensation presentations following requirements from team members and management
- Assist with compensation processes including job matching, survey submissions and results review
- Provide COVID-19 guidelines to Rioters and close contacts and track return to in-person work.
- Help request, organize and disburse current flyers, brochures, forms and one-pagers from benefit vendors
- Input and audit Rioter data transactions within HR systems to include: Qualified Life Events, Paid Sick Time, COBRA, leaves, life and health insurance
- Monitor and track benefit vendor invoices to determine when PO’s need to be increased and ensure expenses are accounted for budget creation and monitoring
- Run benefit census, eligibility, leaves and other ad hoc reports as requested from HR systems. Assist with data reconciliation and correction
- Assist with leave, return to work and accommodation tracking in the leave tracking system and/or HR systems.
- Assist with Rioter facing communication such as creation of benefit presentations, checklists and guides
- Participate in the review and implementation of process improvements
- Assist with Global Mobility (GloMo) Drive/document maintenance and update scheduling
- Help set up/top up GloMo requisitions and purchase orders (POs) in Coupa
- Support GloMo with data entry, data sharing and document uploads/downloads from internal and vendor systems including RIS, Cobalt, Lexicon systems, etc.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or a General Education Degree
- 3+ years in similar HR Coordinator role
- Background working with HR teams and professionals (HRBPs, Total Rewards, Recruiters)
- Ability to manage sensitive data and information
- High degree of detail orientation
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and adapting to shifting priorities
- Strong time management and administrative skills and ability to work with tight deadlines
- Curiosity and the ability to analyze and ask questions
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Google Suite and Workday is a plus
