Ubisoft IT is currently looking for a UX Designer to join our team in the Governance division, a global team that develops optimal solutions and contributes to an efficient and satisfying work environment for all Ubisoft employees.

In this role, you will work with product teams to enhance the digital experience; you will understand and own the value of the products you work on. You will identify opportunities for growth, and understand the context and ecosystem in which they operate to ensure the success of our products.


  • Ensure that the user-centric approach remains at the heart of your product decisions;
  • Participate in the development of the product vision as a team and ensure a coherent discourse on the added value of the various recommendations suggested; 
  • Contribute to user research and analysis activities, in order to identify user needs and uses before and after design;
  • Concretize and improve the product vision through deliverables based on research data;
  • Respect ergonomic criteria such as information architecture, zonings, wireframes by working in concert with your UI designer;
  • Communicate and collaborate clearly with all project partners and provide the necessary deliverables. (Ex: Facilitation of workshops, writing of functional specifications);
  • Keep up to date on industry trends and comparable solutions on the market; 
  • Participate in the improvement of our UX culture and methodologies within the team and Ubisoft.
  • Relevant experience in implementing participatory design workshops;
  • Excellent knowledge of UX design methodologies and the user-centered design process;
  • Knowledge of UX design tools, preferably Figma;
  • Good analysis and synthesis skills as well as a strong interest in problem solving.
