For our Legal team, we're looking for a modern-day Legal Counsel who will thrive in our innovative atmosphere, utilizing their knowledge to provide strategic, risk-aware advice. Daily Responsibilities
- Reviewing, negotiating, and overseeing contracts related to the ongoing activities of CD PROJEKT group companies (especially software licence, IT implementation, outsourcing, administrative contracts), including contracts with international aspects.
- Providing ongoing legal advice on matters requiring substantive knowledge, in particular in civil, commercial, intellectual property law (including copyright), and compliance issues.
- Developing solutions and recommendations that consider both legal aspects and organizational needs (especially business needs) and the needs of the Board/clients.
- Independently managing or participating in complex projects (including those involving multiple CD PROJEKT group companies) and taking full responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Continuous collaboration with IT, security, IT system implementation, administration, tax, finance, accounting departments, as well as cooperation with external law firms, including international counsel.
- Higher education in law.
- 3-6 years of experience in an independent position as an in-house counsel in an international organization or as a lawyer in a reputable law firm.
- Understanding of significant legal and non-legal factors (Polish or international) affecting the advisory area.
- Goal-oriented mindset and independence in negotiating deadlines, needs, and the final shape of support with clients.
- Good organizational and time management skills, as well as prioritization abilities.
- Fluent English proficiency, including legal language.

- Ongoing legal training or qualifications as a legal advisor or advocate.
