THE ROLE:

 

In this role you will be responsible for managing the alignment and execution of key AI events. Your role will involve driving the narrative, managing content workstreams, and ensuring functional alignment across teams. You will develop unique event content tailored to priority audiences and support go-to-market (GTM) initiatives by co-developing content with key players in the AI ecosystem and innovators. Additionally, you will support keynote development through strategic content management and coordinate event research with the corporate events team to enhance event planning and execution.

 

THE PERSON:

 

You are an experienced in marketing with working knowledge of AI technology and its application in marketing. With a knack for crafting compelling narratives and a strategic mindset, you excel in creating engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences. You are adept at coordinating large-scale events, managing multiple content streams effectively, and ensuring cohesive delivery of event objectives. Your ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners is essential in developing and implementing innovative event strategies. You are also skilled in research coordination and logistics management, ensuring every aspect of event planning is aligned with AMD's strategic goals.

 

  • Strategic Storyteller: Expert in shaping event narratives that align with organizational goals and captivate both internal stakeholders and the external market.
  • Creative Content Developer: Proficient in creating unique and engaging content that appeals to target audiences, enhancing the impact of each event.
  • Collaborative Coordinator: Effective at working with diverse teams and external partners, ensuring seamless execution and functional alignment of all event-related activities.
  • Detail-Oriented Planner: Meticulous in managing event logistics, from content planning to execution, ensuring every detail contributes to the success of the event.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Manage alignment on key AI events, driving the narrative and overseeing content workstreams to ensure functional alignment.
  • Develop innovative event content specifically tailored for priority audiences, enhancing engagement and retention.
  • Support GTM initiatives by collaborating with key AI ecosystem players and innovators to co-develop impactful content.
  • Assist in the development and management of keynotes, focusing on content creation and strategic messaging.
  • Coordinate research efforts with the corporate events team to gather insights and data that inform event planning and execution.
  • Ensure all aspects of event content and logistics are aligned with broader marketing strategies and objectives.

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

 

  • Background in event management, particularly in technology-driven sectors.
  • Proven track record of developing compelling narratives and managing diverse content initiatives.
  • Experience collaborating with ecosystem partners and stakeholders to enhance event content and reach.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple event components simultaneously, delivering each to high standards.

 

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Advanced degree or certification in Marketing, Event Management, or a related discipline is desirable.
