As an Associate Lead Animation (M/W/NB) working on the production of a realistic AAA game, and under the supervision of the Lead Animator, your tasks will be as follows:
- Imagining, prototyping and producing keyframe animations based on existing animations,
- Receive and retouch motion captures, managing real-time constraints and ensuring the best possible animation quality,
- Cutting and integrating animations into our proprietary game engine (Anvil),
- Act as a point of reference for your animations for all the project's trades, in order to meet animation quality and consistency objectives,
- Participate in the optimisation and development of the production process and animation techniques,
- Manage the Animation IA team on a day-to-day basis and help them to grow.
- You have already worked on realistic video game productions, ideally AAA projects, where you were responsible for gameplay animations, particularly associated with characters and vehicles;
- You have a good command of Motion Builder and are comfortable integrating animations into a game engine;
- An interest in facial animation is a real plus;
- Knowledge of Maya is also a plus;
- Any technical skills (rigging, skinning, IK, etc.) will be valued;
- You are known for your excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- A good command of written and spoken English is essential.
