Ecommerce Sales Specialist

Hybrid Role (Geneva Office)

You will be part of the Regional Commercial team at Electronic Arts, and work closely with the Amazon Regional Account Manager.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a high-quality presence on Amazon platforms and marketplaces in Europe, working with internal as much as external teams.

As an ecommerce expert, you will share the latest e-commerce best practices and monitor KPIs to help driving revenue growth.

Together we will achieve franchise growth on Amazon.

Responsibilities

• You will report to the Direct Account Commercial Leader and work with Amazon Regional Account Manager
• You will improve our sales numbers at Amazon by activating their awareness and conversion capacities
• Recommend and execute plans in partnership with the Regional Account Manager of Amazon
• Be the garant of the presence EA's titles on all marketplaces (asin set up, constant content improvement, availability tracking,..)
• Implement the right range, content, hierarchy, catalogue integrity, to maximize our sales
• You will collaborate with agency and multiple teams at EA
• Gather build the perfect content and variations to make the product pages clear, inspiring, and converting
• Implement merchandising and advertising campaigns
• Build a method for consumer questions
• You will be the e-commerce specialist and help animate strategic European e-tailers
• Stay current with the latest e-commerce industry trends, Amazon policies and marketplace updates
• Monitor key performance metrics, report on the performance of product listings and make data-driven recommendations
