The opportunity
Unity is hiring a Growth Partnership Manager to join our team in Tel Aviv.
As a partnership manager, you will leverage our advertising and monetization platform to optimize key strategic gaming accounts, driving revenue growth through data analytics and strategic insight. This role demands a high level of communication skills, data analysis, upselling skills and a deep understanding of our clients activities.
We are looking for a Partnership Manager who will be responsible for managing existing accounts with day-to-day communication, building strong relationships, and setting up growth & up-sell strategies.
The Partnership Manager is expected to actively contribute to the ongoing success of our Monetization and UA business. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product , Strategy and Technical units.
What you'll be doing
- Communicate and work closely with top Publishers and Advertisers worldwide to manage relationships.
- Growing revenue from existing accounts and clients while acting as a consultant on all monetization and UA matters.
- Review and optimize current integrations; analyze performance and recommend/implement improvements to meet customers’ monetization and UA objectives.
- Build Quarterly Business Review presentations and Competitive Insights to effectively educate and upsell clients
- Own and drive the adoption of team projects meant to improve internal or external processes, product improvements and/or strategic initiatives
What we're looking for
- We are collaborative and work cross-functionally, not only locally but globally. You will need to hone in on your verbal, written, presentation and facilitation skills in order to succeed with diverse partners across the globe.
- Previous experience in the online or mobile advertising industry in a customer-facing role, with a history of growing accounts and achieving revenue targets.
- Self-motivated and a phenomenal teammate with a can-do attitude who is willing to go above and beyond will be able to lead their professional growth to new heights
