We are looking for an experienced Inclusive Hiring Specialist to join the Skate team. You will report to Manager, Operations & Culture and get day-to-day direction from the Sr. Recruiter. As an Inclusive Hiring Specialist, you will partner with recruiters and hiring management teams across Full Circle to understand business needs, then develop and deliver candidate sourcing strategies with the goal of producing an inclusive candidate pipeline.  You will focus on engaging candidates for non-technical (like art, animation, design), technical (software development), and other game studio roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruiting efforts with a focus on Full Circle core values and beliefs

  • Work with partner recruiter(s) to drive inclusive sourcing strategies and practices.  

  • Actively participate in recruiting efforts including partnerships, networking, and community engagement.

  • Identify and engage potential candidates, evaluate qualifications and conduct screening interviews.

  • Proactively source candidates through online platforms including LinkedIn and social media

  • Participate in active community recruiting

  • Lead the tracking of critical recruitment data, including inclusive sourcing efforts, and produce reports on recruiting activity.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of sourcing and/or recruiting experience with focus on developing inclusive candidate pipelines.

  • Clear, inclusive & direct communication style

  • Ability to focus on inclusion, balanced with fulfilling hiring volume.

  • Experience leading candidate sourcing and search methods for passive and active candidates.

  • DEI knowledge and experience an asset

  • Able to identify areas of need, develop solution & implement

  • Have fun contributing to studio growth!

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the range and benefits for your specific location.

Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.


BASE SALARY RANGES

• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
º $103,200 - $145,600 USD Annually
• New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):
º $92,600 - $145,600 USD Annually
• Jersey City, NJ :
º $117,300 - $145,600 USD Annually
• Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):
º $111,800 - $151,800 USD Annually
• Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):
º $92,600 - $135,600 USD Annually
• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):
º $89,300 - $123,000 CAN Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to temporary full-time employees scheduled to work full time. In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, and extended health/dental/vision coverage and basic life insurance.
