About this Role

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Programmatic Operations and QA, you will work with our Ad Revenue Operations teams based in our San Francisco, New York, and London office locations and Ad Engineering in Poznan office. We offer you a unique entry-level position with the potential to develop either in ad operations, data analysis or engineering.

You will support teams in SEA, Europe and USA with heavy focus on your dedicated timezone -  either Europe, East Coast or West Coast.


Purpose of the role: 

Providing technical support to Ad Ops and Media Strategy teams by quality assurance of direct advertising campaigns by checking and correcting their setup, as well as solving ad-related issues.

Collaborating with the Rev Ops teams on new tools & systems implementation.

Typical working hours will be around 6pm-2am.

 You Will...

  • Provide technical support to Ad Revenue Operations & Ad Engineering teams and 3rd party vendors including quality assurance of campaigns’ setup
  • Identify and communicate any issues to ensure accurate delivery of ad campaigns
  • Work with AdEng team and escalate any issues that can\'t be handled by the Rev Ops team
  • Work with the Ad Product team to provide feedback about new tools/systems that may be used by the Rev Ops team.
  • Monitor ad setup, campaign targeting and ensure that 3rd party data is being correctly recorded 
  • Test new ad products to identify any technical issues and prepare clear guidelines for new products and train members of the operations team
  • Provide data analysis required by Rev Ops needs (e.g. KPI benchmarks for ad products)
  • Once onboarded, support training new team members.
  • Work with your manager and team to develop solutions to improve operational efficiency, testing, campaign management processes


 You Have...

  • Basic knowledge about QA, testing and / or data analysis
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Customer-service oriented mindset and ability to work as a partner with remote teams
  • Fluent English
  • Basic knowledge about Javascript, HTML, Internet file formats, or web coding concepts
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with internal and external international teams
  • Willingness to set expectations with stakeholders


Bonus Points if You Have...

  • Familiarity with online advertising, ad tech, marketing, or sales concepts and metrics
  • Basic knowledge about Javascript, HTML, Internet file formats, or web coding concepts
  • Basic software development skills e.g. Python
  • Basic knowledge about the software development process
  • Customer service experience desirable
