The person we’re looking for:  

PUBG Studios Madison, WI office is seeking a skilled individual to take on a high impact, Lead Producer role on the production.  

Our ideal candidate for the role of Lead Producer is a results-driven professional with a keen eye for roadmap dependencies and a bias towards action. They will work closely with team leadership to drive development timelines and support the production team with priority setting and risk assessment, while also cultivating a supportive and inclusive culture. This role will facilitate communication to Krafton executive leadership to share and illustrate progress while simultaneously bringing executive-level priorities back to the project team. By providing quality direction and solving problems they will help us deliver a world-class game experience and foster a collaborative studio culture. 

Responsibilities 

  • Support communication between departments and stakeholders by providing visibility into milestones, dependencies, and challenges to ensure teams have access to all the information needed to deliver features on time and within scope. 
  • Support a team of Producers by driving process improvements that increase awareness, efficiency, and accurate expectation setting. 
  • Identify risks to development progress and deliverables and help remove roadblocks. 
  • Facilitate alignment discussions between team members on an as-needed basis. 

A Typical Day May Include: 

  • Driving improvements through mentoring, supporting, and leading the production team. 
  • Assess the progress of each team and discipline against project goals and timeline. 
  • Working closely with gameplay leads to produce roadmaps, define dependencies, and assess priorities against PUBG Madison’s project goals. 
  • Draw on past experience to refine project milestones, pivot as needed, and seamlessly blend best-practice processes with the realities of how our team works together. 

Qualifications 

  • Experience working as a cross-discipline Producer for a live service game. 
  • A strong foundation of project management best-practices and common development methodologies. 
  • Experience configuring and defining tasks flows for production tools such as Jira, Shotgrid, or similar. 
  • Comfortable leading difficult conversations to align individual team priorities. 
  • Experience managing multi-year development lifecycles. 
  • High-level time-management skills with the ability to delegate effectively and empower others to meet commitments. 
  • Experience with live shooters is a plus. 
  • Willingness to relocate/live near Madison, WI for regular in-person work
