This role is anticipated to be a hybrid work position, and the home studio for this role is Madison, WI.

Your Mission

Drive Warzone creative direction deliverables, in alignment with the product roadmap, strategic initiatives and marketing needs. Partner with the Game Director and Production Leads to consistently ensure accountability on Creative projects, and deliver clear and consistent status updates to Raven studio leadership..

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:    

  • Work with Raven Production, Creative/Design and Game Directors to create and enforce deadlines for Creative deliverables in alignment with the product roadmap, strategic initiatives and marketing needs

  • Establish a feedback loop with Raven Leadership to hold accountability on Creative/Design deliverables and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Run weekly Warzone Roadmap meetings with the Business Unit and Raven Production, Creative/Design and Game Directors to ensure consistent visibility on progress, alignment on deliverables, and action items

  • Work with the Warzone Production team to enforce deadlines and guide daily execution of work for more junior Producers

  • Work with Central Design and Marketing to proactively discuss potential new product opportunities, mitigate risks early, and set up Raven and Central teams for success

  • Partner with Raven Production to understand additional partner coordination needs and work to resolve issues proactively, such as anticipating needs that may come from stakeholders

  • Facilitate conversations with the Community Team, Product Management, and Creative/Design to help balance Community feedback with long-term roadmap initiatives

  • Attend key Milestone Reviews to assess the health of the meetings and Creative/Design input, and work with the Production Director on opportunities to enhance team dynamics

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience working as a Producer on live services, multiplayer FPS games; Battle Royale experience preferred

  • Contributed to 1 or more shipped titles

  • Proven ability to own complex projects in game development

  • Proven ability to work in rapid development cycles in the game industry

  • Demonstrated aptitude for organization, scheduling and project management. Certified Scrum Master, Project Management Professional, or similar project management certification preferred

  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to focus on priorities, manage change and deliver against agreed deadlines

  • Passion for games; regular player of Call of Duty is a must

  • Competence in Confluence, Jira, and Sheets/Excel

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $97,200.00 - $179,900.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed. While we strive to provide competitive offers to successful candidates, new hire compensation is negotiable.
