Job Description:

Treyarch is looking for a talented new Production Coordinator to join our team!

As a Production Coordinator (PC), you will work in a variety of capacities; from driving feature or content development, to running playtests, to chasing down critical fixes hampering development, Production Coordinators are in the middle of it all.

A qualified PC is organized, professional, personable, courteous, hard-working, an effective communicator and loves working with a variety of people from all different disciplines.

This role is a hybrid work position, and the home studio for this role is Los Angeles, CA.

A normal day at Treyarch could include:

  • Driving feature/content development
  • Interfacing with developers from all disciplines
  • Providing support to Producers and Associate Producers
  • Working independently to solve problems and accomplish tasks
  • Proactively seeking opportunities to aid the success of the team
  • Contributing to maintaining and improving production processes, pipelines and documentation
  • Managing Playtests and all Playtest documentation
  • Taking and publishing meeting notes
  • Updating wiki pages and bug/task databases

Minimum Requirements

  • 1+ years’ experience working in the Video Game industry, ideally in QA or Production
  • Strong technical skillset and ability to adapt to complex software
  • Have a good understanding of how games get made
  • Demonstrated ownership of production-type tasks to completion
  • Passion for games and familiarity with the Call of Duty franchise

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $20.77 - $38.46 Hourly. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
