The opportunity

Unity’s Customer Success Organization is looking for a hard-working relationship builder with the innate ability to seek out hard problems!

As the Manager of the Retention Team, this person will drive the successful performance of a small, regional team with a focus on ensuring maximal retention of our small-to-medium business customers. While working with this team, you will have the outstanding chance to create a big impact at scale!

What you’ll be doing

  • Enabling a distributed team of Retention Specialists to optimally and efficiently mitigate renewal risks
  • Helping identify key learning opportunities and enabling our Retention Specialists to address the challenges across a number of customer types and segment
  • Reporting, forecasting, understanding the health of your target customer base, making decisions, and presenting results to senior management
  • Supervise success level and user sentiment metrics (such as Retention Rate, Win-Back Rate, and CSAT, ensuring all interaction targets are being achieved and exceeded.

What We’re Looking For

  • Leadership experience at a Team Lead or Manager level for scaled retention, account management, or customer success team
  • Verifiable track record of success building and growing teams while overachieving targets
  • Ability to drives decisions based on data and inference
  • Ability to thrive working in a fast-paced environment with a constantly evolving landscape of products

You Might Also Have

  • Previous experience with selling software or subscription products (SaaS)
  • Passionate about Games and/or real-time technology
