The Role:
- Deeply understand customer’s deployment system environment around the FPGA, especially the interface that the system is using
- Define the verification requirements based on MRD/PRD
- Lead the verification platform and testbench creation based on customer application scenario with modern verification methodology, create the test cases to improve the FPGA design coverage
- Educate RTL and junior verification engineer to run the test cases and work with development team to address on the root cause of bug
- Work with technical lead to be responsible for the solution implementation cycle to meet aggressive quality and schedule goals, deeply involving in HW/SW validation, bug fixing
- Help to transfer solution deliverables, and assist customer to ramp up and master the solution
Qualifications
- At least BS with 12+ years, or MS with 10+ years of experience in associated FPGA associated development and verification
- At least 3+ years in data center FPGA development experience, has successful showcase of simulation platform creation
- Excellent experience on hardware/software joint debugging experience
- Deep understanding in modern verification methodology process, like UVM
- Strong background in following data center technologies, e.g., SmartNIC, PCIe, DMA/RDMA, Virtio, OVS, NVME would be a strong plus
- Good communication and fluent English skill, teamwork and customer-oriented mindsets
