- Localized physical assets (paper parts) associated with our games (packaging, manuals, leaflets)
- Localized digital elements for our media partners' websites (banners, icons, others...)
- Localized digital static assets for our local media needs.
What you’ll do:
- Work hand in hand with the GBPM and Marketing teams to develop realistic delivery schedules for elements, relying on existing processes and internal tools.
- Receive and assess briefs and assets requests to determine the better flow to produce them.
- Coordinate the creation of consumer-facing visual elements (master paper parts and storefront assets) with our internal graphic production and design team based in the United States, as well as with the marketing teams
- Brief the selected external localization/execution agencies for localization of print assets on the requirements as exhaustively as possible to streamline the work and provide quick solutions/responses when they encounter an issue.
- Coordinate with our Localization team to get the relevant translations for the requested localized assets.
- Coordinate with the Copy-Editing team to ensure the compliance of our assets (legal lines age ratings, technical specs).
- Monitoring and updating activity schedules for the projects you oversee.
- Work harmoniously with subsidiaries to best integrate their requests and validate with them the localized versions of their elements before final delivery.
- Mastery of templates and technical specifications of our Print (Sony, Msft, Nintendo, printers) and Media (YouTube, Facebook, programmatic formats...) partners.
- Propose improvements to the localization process (e.g., technological monitoring, post-mortems, or sharing past experiences) and or to our ways of working with the Production and compliance team.
You will be required to use the following tools provided by the company as part of your missions:
- Jira: A collaborative ticketing and project activity tracking tool that you shall use to manage your projects and exchange with stakeholders.
- Canopy: A digital asset management tool that you will use to exchange and store various digital assets throughout all stages of creation.
