Summary

As a Reputation Management Specialist you will monitor issues and conversations relevant to EA, crafting communication strategies and developing scenario plans and response strategies that safeguard our brand reputation. This full-time position sits on our Corporate Communications team and reports to the Senior Manager of Issues Communications.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor channels and sources to detect early signs of issues

  • Create messaging for communication channels consistent with EA’s values and brand voice

  • Participate in scenario planning to analyze the broader issues landscape, offering insights to enhance communications strategies

  • Help develop comprehensive issues management plans for different scenarios, including creating response strategies, communication recommendations and contingency plans to mitigate potential risks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field

  • Experience crafting clear communications

  • Understanding of the media landscape and experience handling media relations

  • Familiarity with digital and social media tools and platforms

  • Experience managing projects involving prioritizing multiple tasks



US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.


BASE SALARY RANGES

• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
º $70,700 - $104,600 USD Annually
• New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):
º $62,800 - $104,600 USD Annually
• Jersey City, NJ :
º $84,300 - $104,600 USD Annually
• Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):
º $73,200 - $108,200 USD Annually
• Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):
º $62,800 - $94,600 USD Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
