The opportunity
We are searching for an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to join our South APAC Sales team in our Industry vertical! Deliver sales strategies as we expand our business within some of the biggest Industry clients like Automobile, Transport, Manufacturing, Architecture, Construction, Engineering, Oil & Energy, and Government in South East Asia region.
Reporting to the Head of Sales - Industry Vertical, for South APAC, you will work in Create Sales Organisation at Unity, working autonomously and collaborating closely with key internal and external contributors to help deliver and implement sales strategies & deliver the sales results every quarter & delivering YoY growth in the fast-growing interactive, real-time 3D Software field.
What you’ll be doing
- Complete the full sales process from identifying, through to closing, new customer and existing customer opportunities in SEA.
- Creatively thinking and implementing our sales strategy across all industries
- Establish business relationships with large commercial and government customers and get consistent and predictable business.
- Collaborating across Unity’s divisions (including Sales Ops, Customer Success, Accelerate Solutions group, Marketing, and Field Engineering) around key initiatives and deals
What we’re looking for
- Experience selling technology solutions, in mid-to-long-term Sales cycles, to large enterprise & government accounts
- Experience in consistently meeting or exceeding challenging individual revenue targets
- Proven track record to structure, develop and complete strategic agreements with Global/ Large customers in SEA region.
- Expertise in strategic partnership structures, contract negotiation, and deal closing - comfortable representing a technology company and working with CTOs, engineers, or other technical staff to build solutions that create significant value for Unity, its partners, and customers
You might also have
- Experience in consultative sales, business development, or account management and have shown success with delivering results and exceeding expectations
- Experience in measuring, promoting, and maintaining customer engagement
- Experience in a solution selling methodology such as MEDDPICC
