THE ROLE:

Our Talent Acquisition Team is searching for a Talent Acquisition Operations Section Manager who is self-guided, motivated, and challenged by working in a fast-paced technology environment. This position will manage a team of Talent acquisition operation specialist who oversee end-to-end candidate onboarding, as well as, supporting the talent acquisition managers with general operational functions and special projects. The successful candidate is highly organized, passionate about continuous process improvement and possess excellent customer interaction and communication skills.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leading the regional TA Ops team
  • Oversee the new requisition and candidate onboarding process of assigned region(s)  
  • Ensuring global consistency in process and ongoing team training
  • Partnering with other Ops leaders to ensure recruiting/onboard system provides positive user experience.
  • Regional TA contact for escalations
  • Regional support for Service Central tickets related to TA process
  • General project management: updating process documentation, training, and other projects
  • Lead regional recruiter training on system and process updates
  • Purchase order coordination and budget reconciliation
  • Provide “Wow” client service and facilitate an excellent customer experience in the recruitment process
  • Partner with the stakeholders and maintain open relationship

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Ability to interact with a range of personalities and styles cross-functionally, and establish effective relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures and grasp new concepts
  • Ability to manage competing demands, while remaining adaptable and flexible
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to always maintain a high level of confidentiality both internally and externally
  • Experience supporting HR/Recruiting Teams is preferred.
