In fact, gaming is so important to us that we purposefully have a chunk of time set aside to play games every day! Learning from the widest range of experiences makes our own games better.
Criterion don’t put people in boxes. Folks here have freedom to navigate their careers the way their hearts take them – we’re not big on labels. Our features are built by teams who choose to work together, actively encouraging cross-discipline crack squads to solve the toughest problems.
We are a team of creative collaborators and we believe that the most effective collaborators communicate face-to-face. We have an open plan office with desks on wheels so we can sit nearby those we work most closely with. When it only takes 5 minutes to move our desks, it totally changes how we work with other people.
