    EA Mobile is looking for a collaborative and operational Senior Executive Administrator to join the Collective Group, a vertical of 3 mobile studios. You will provide administrative support to the Collective Group leadership, the GMs of the studios and their senior leadership teams, and will report to the Head of Operations for the Collective Group.

    This is a remote role working across multiple time zones.

    Responsibilities

    • You will process purchase requests for approvals relating to external purchases, including the processing of invoices relevant to the PO.

    • You will ensure maintenance of the calendars; scheduling, confirming, and being the driver for meeting space and attendees.

    • You will coordinate with IT across studio locations for hardware and equipment needs.

    • You will coordinate domestic and international travel.

    • You will track relevant travel and expense receipts for accurate accounting reconciliations. File and track reimbursements, credits, and refunds through to completion.

    • You will provide administration support to Group leadership.

    • You will coordinate smaller events at onsite or offsite venues.

    • You will drive and coordinate cross-studio culture initiatives.

    • You will coordinate with Workplace Experience personnel across studios to support vendor partners, shipping/receiving and related needs.

    Qualifications 

    • + 5 years supporting senior business leaders in an administrative role.

    • Work with a high degree of quality, and accuracy.

    • Have a desire to take ownership, be responsible and find solutions.

    • Familiarity with Chrome River and Oracle iProcurement is a plus
