To date, The Sims 4 has shipped over 60 content packs and countless base game feature and quality of life updates. The Sims 4 continues to transcend being "just a game" and continues to be a positive force in people's lives while occupying a unique creative space in the game industry. • You are the Product Owner for a cross functional team and will set the vision and goals for what we create.
• You will set priorities and assess quality and market-fit of the product.
• You are the guardian of the player promise and will collaborate with partners in Design, Marketing, Brand and Analytics to create products that surprise and delight our players.
• Engage with metrics and respond to insights about our audience and market opportunities to meet our business goals.
• Your partner in crime will the Lead Development Director, who is the Project Manager for the pack. Your partnership sets the foundation for success.
• You will be leading a diverse team across different time zones and locations.
• You will report to the Senior Development Director.

• 5+ year working as a Producer, with experience leading game development teams.
• The ability to talk across all levels of an organization.
• The ability to share the vision of the project to your team and bring them along for the journey.
• Agile project management processes.
• Data Informed mindset - use data to inform product decisions, priorities and goals.
• Team player that brings excitement and enthusiasm to work each day.
• You have a passion and empathy for solving people's problems and building happy, motivated teams.
• A deep love and understanding of The Sims franchise and community is a plus!
