Your Mission 

We’re looking for a talented Senior Technical Product Manager who is responsible for developing and owning the Ricochet anti-cheat product on Call of Duty.

As a Senior Technical Product Manager, Anti-Cheat you will be the primary point of contact for any kind of data-driven insights for our builds. Overseeing our internal KPIs for performance tracking, external data points for PR, and upward reporting to leadership.

What you bring to the table 

The videogame industry and therefore our business is fast-paced and will continue to evolve. As such, the duties and responsibilities of this role may be changed as directed by the Company at any time to promote and support our business and relationships with industry partners. This role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities: 

  • Own anti-cheat as a “product” from a technical and business strategy standpoint
  • Build internal KPIs to better understand system performance and inform decision making across teams
  • Build external KPIs to bring visibility to our players
  • Bring best-practices in data storytelling and communication to the team 
  • Assist with internal reporting and high-level updates for executive leadership
  • Manage buildout of a business intelligence data schema and interface with cross-studio stakeholders to standardize definitions and best-practices for usage of anti-cheat data

Player Profile  

Experience  

  • Experience with Databricks (SQL and Python)
  • Must have experience working in anti-cheat on an AAA game

Knowledge & Skills  

  • Master’s degree or equivalent work experience in Analytics, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Understanding of game security, game development, and anti-cheat software.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $80,800.00 - $149,400.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed. While we strive to provide competitive offers to successful candidates, new hire compensation is negotiable.
