What You Will Do:
- You will consult with hiring managers to identify/scope recruitment needs and develop/implement sourcing strategies.
- Provide candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Actively participate and lead diversity initiatives through building partnerships, networking and community engagement.
- Be an advocate and example of EA's core values and beliefs.
- Identify qualified applicants, conduct screening interviews, coordinate onsite interviews and evaluate applicant qualifications.
- You will explore creative and unique ways of sourcing candidates by means of the internet, social media and other online capabilities.
- You will search, build and maintain networks of candidates/sources through LinkedIn and other local platforms.
- Engage with local gaming communities to increase EA's brand awareness
- Implement our Campus hiring strategy in partnership with leaders and program managers and be responsible for full cycle Early Career Talent hiring
- You will develop long-term relationships with faculty, staff, and student organizations at target schools and partnerships.
- Guide and support hiring leaders understand candidate skills, recruiting processes, hiring strategies and market conditions.
- Track critical recruitment data, produce regular and ad-hoc metrics. Build reports on recruiting activity.
- You will be reporting to the Asia Regional Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition
Who You Are:
- 7+ years of technical recruitment experience.
- Passion for games or entertainment.
- Consultative approach with a demonstrated ability to develop successful business partner relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Experience in researching, developing, and implementing new candidate sourcing and search methods for both passive and active candidates and identifies new sources for candidate pools
- Manage change and handle deadlines. Project management skills, and able to work well in diverse cross-regional & functional teams.
- Inclusive dialogue skills to ensure all our partners are apprised of Talent Acquisition efforts and strategies.
- Task management skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System
