About this Role

As the Senior Coordinator, Experiences, you will play a direct role in the production of world class public-facing and internal events. Production experience is a plus, but willingness to learn is required. You will work closely with the rest of the Experiences Team and the larger Premium Solutions team to execute events that are both great consumer experiences and full scale marketing solutions. 

You Will...

  • Perform assistance duties to the experiential marketing team
  • Assist and support team in day to day tasks
  • Conduct research on venues, digital platforms and vendors
  • Maintain and manage databases, timelines and files
  • Participate in internal/external production calls
  • Responsible for taking meeting minutes with clear action items
  • Traffic deliverables and receivables
  • Coordinate services as directed by manager: talent handling, transportation, accommodation and catering
  • Maintain and communicate changes in timelines
  • Communicate daily as needed with vendors
  • Research vendors and input into database

You Have...

  • 1-2 years of experience in experiential marketing
  • Proficient with basic digital tools (Microsoft/Google suite)
  • Willingness to travel and spend time on the ground at events
  • A detail oriented mindset
  • Ability to act on feedback
  • Clear communication skills
  • An organized workflow
